And you can bet if I am going to send something to 2-Presidents I did my best to share TAP with EVERY WASHINGTON STATE LEGISLATOR as well as Governor Gregoire. One way or another, at least 8-times (best guess) I have tried to turn Governor Gregoire onto TAP, just to be slammed harder than ever the last time.

FINE, if Governor Gregoire is too good to SERVE THE PEOPLE as she should, then I will. Being Governor may be complicated but I figured out how to SAVE THE ECONOMY while DELIVERING MEGA NEW AMERICAN JOBS/CAREERS. With well seasoned guidance I'll learn how to be a GREAT GOVERNOR & SERVE YOU, THE PEOPLE, TOO - WITH GRATITUDE!!!!!.

TOO FAR OUT? HOW DO I PLAN TO ACHIEVE THIS "MIRACLE"?

By tapping proven yet currently untapped hence untaxed revenue streams starting with Marijuana & Prostitution.

From the Local level to International Tariffs and already have REAL PLANS which assure that virtually everyone gets at least one piece of one pie via The MINISTRY of MARIJUANA ACT ("MOMA")!!!!!

As to Prostitution. Prostitution is the BIG NUT!!!!! Like with Marijuana, I am NOT talking about "Legalization" but "REGULATION"!!!!!

Possibly some of the STRICTEST REGULATIONS EVER!!!!! Through The PATRIOTS of PLEASURES ACT ("POPA") we are going to achieve many objectives in a series of semi-clean sweeps. From growing-up as a society by letting adults be adults while still preventing kids from growing-up into adults too quickly, in part, by taking off the kiddie gloves and aggressively pursuing the pedophiles, including the pimps, who prey on the kids.

But there must be a BALANCE for things to work. We are talking STRICT REGULATION once again hence this "balance" is known as "PROTECTIVE PENALTIES". Not only for one;s own protections but as to assure Education, the Medical Communities as well as Law Enforcement, from the Streets to the DOC with EVERY OFFICER , The JUDICIAL, even Counsel on both sides are covered. Covered WELL!!!!!

Have no doubt, Law Enforcement shall enjoy the mandates along with the money to Protect & Serve better than ever. Adults get their FUN if they want it, but if any one crosses the very firm lines already drawn, they will be GONE!!!!!

As you will learn, I do not represent a "Party", I fully intend to be a Servant Governor of The PEOPLE. If you feel the above links are radical I strongly encourage you to check out this section as I am open that once I am Governor I am Declaring a State of Emergency, bringing in Armies of Accountants in the form of College level Accounting Students, all working in conjunction with the WSP and Washington State National Guard, as we hard target Political Pigs. Yeah, TAP is supposed to be a LONG-TERM, 100-Year GLOBAL PACKAGE, with AMERICA in the lead where we should be. But, for TAP to achieve the Global objective TAP had to be adaptable on a Nation-by-Nation basis. And is intentionally designed to be "voluntary" as there are simply States, even counties, cities and towns that may want nothing to do with what they may consider dirty money. But just look in any city sized phone Yellow Pages, a comedian noted that N.Y.C. had over 50-pages of "Escorts" listed. So, with the POPA I am just being real about it all, getting ahead of the games like STDs & Juvenile Prostitution pursuant to getting controls thereof while assuring The PEOPLE get paid every time a Trick gets laid.

With that said, on an Average State level the numbers crunch out at $11.6+BB Annually which amounts to an average county having $280+MM Annually going through it. And that is targeted for a 25-year start-up period inclusive of growing pains, before being totally stabilized for the next 75-years, if future Lawmakers don't mess things up. Something I anticipate and will work to abate.

As to those NEW AMERICAN JOBS/CAREERS and how they actually effect Washington State. The 2.5+ MILLION figure is naturally nationwide but comes from two specific Mega Projects, one designed to start right here in Washington State any ways. Most start the First year and those NEW AMERICAN JOBS/CAREERS remain there so long as the money pours in to afford them. NEVERTHELESS, before I crunch the numbers here & now, I want to crunch the right numbers as I am SANDBAGGING. A more correct National number is 14.4+ MILLION NEW AMERICAN JOBS/CAREERS. Out of 50-States the Average State would therefore enjoy the creation of an average of 288,000 NEW JOBS/CAREERS.

And quite frankly, I consider Washington State an ABOVE AVERAGE State!!!!!

As Our Friends of Labor know all too well, you can continue to support the Incumbent Democrats but it does not mean they are going to support YOU. All I ask is that YOU PLEASE HELP ME HELP YOU. The Democrat Incumbents have ruled Washington State for decades at this point so could've helped you a long time ago, but have chosen to further enslave you with Taxes, Taxes, Taxes instead while their self-created Budget Deficit Holes grow by Billions of dollars annually. With me the Budget Deficit will be cleaned up in less than 4-years, Washington State will be back in the black. We are Proud Washingtonians that Kick Ass, with your support, together, as a Team, we can achieve all of that!!!!!
