We are talking about at least $360BB through the entire program or $360+MM Annually just for Medical Research with 10% of that going directly towards an AIDS/HIV CURE. Annual Physicals for every participating American Adult inclusive of DNA cataloguing. For those involved in the PoP, physicals will be even more frequent. And it is all paid for WITHOUT a single tax increase or budget cut. But, as you know, I cannot deliver unto you the money and mandates unless you deliver for me on Election Days so I may make it through the Primaries then the General Election and become Washington State Governor in 2012.
