Meanwhile, I am going to give our current Lawmakers until it is time to actually file as a Candidate for Washington State Governor 2012 to get their acts together, which means enacting TAP into Law as intended. I am going to continue to do my best to Shine the Light of TRUTH upon the WRONGS our current Lawmakers are engaged in and/or otherwise support while constantly pushing them to enact TAP into Law as intended up until the first week of June 2012. If they have FAILED, then I am going to throw my hat into the ring and run for WASHINGTON STATE GOVERNOR 2012.
What would I do if I were Governor?
1). DECLARE A STATE OF EMERGENCY!!!!
We are not going to be bogged down by Political Pigs with their hands on their crotches, we are moving within DAYS. Starting by ...
2). ACCEPTING THE WARS DECLARED BY PEDOPHILES, PIMPS AND POLITICAL PIGS:
You know where I stand with respect with PEDOPHILES and PIMPS, especially either that use alcohol and dope to attract and control Juvenile Prostitutes. But what about Political Pigs?
Well, here is likely a major reason the current Lawmakers do not want you to know about TAP et al, not any part thereof. There is serious funding in TAP to aggressively hunt down Political Pigs. And so we have a meeting of the minds on this, although Gregoire already has at least $13MM in her "War Chest", a lot of PAC Money, it is the American Way so I do not consider such actions that of a Political Pig.
On the other hand, there was a City Councilman the Seattle Times/P.I. listed as the second worse offender of one of many crimes conducted by Political Pigs. This crime involved "gas allowances" The Councilman would drive around to service his constituents in his little district in the city. Then, he would put in claims, using customary forms all signed off by himself, claiming that he spent $4,200.00+ per month on gas serving his constituents therefore the city Taxpayers owed him that money back. And the city would simply believe him, cut him a check and he was gone. Month, after month, year after year. And this guy was in office a long time.
Now, even with today's fuel prices that $4,200.00+ a month to drive around this councilman's city district is probably a literal impossibility. Back then the gas prices were around $1.09 per gallon so you know it was an impossibility. They indict Welfare Whores for less. Here's a guy in a position of trust, falsifying his paperwork to rip off the Taxpayers he is sworn to serve and getting away with it for year. Any Prosecutor worth their salt will tell you that just two of those claims for reimbursement, signed by the Councilman, or any one else for that matter, is enough to indict the signer. And we are talking YEARS' worth yet there was never an indictment. The guy went on to soak the citizens of that city for almost 2-more decades best guess at the moment. And yes, in Washington State he is a DEMOCRAT. And 2nd worst offender once again. This former councilman is a Political Pig of the Lowest Order that should have been indicted therefore also begs the question, who was on the watch?
So, once elected, under Executive Order the Washington State Patrol along with The Washington State National Guard shall be immediately empowered to hire college level Accounting Students, preferably with some Political Science work, to use a double-blind method to audit every State Lawmaker going 10years back. Starting with the Executive level, the Governor's Office in particular. These students shall be known as the Armies of Accountants. It's not like you don't pay taxes just stopping to visit in Washington State, it's a matter of where is the money really going and getting back any that we can that has been misappropriated. It's about CRIMES and The PEOPLE being SATISFIED!!!!!
After 9-months of start-up time, once every 90-days I am going to Host a Political Pig Show. Only I know the TRUE IDENTITIES of the Political Pigs and even then I don't know until I look it up as the Armies of Accountants are running everyone's numbers then following up on red flags like $4,200+ a month in a "gas allowance". It's NOTHING PERSONAL and by myself being the only one that knows the TRUE IDENTITIES of each file number, we can keep it all down to the numbers. The reality is that EVERY LAWMAKER is audited, the only exceptions are those Elected Judges, and at a County level, those Elected Sheriff. The numbers will tell everyone who the real swine is.
So, the Armies of Accountants have red-flagged Political Pigs and on T.V. they shall hand the files over to their Generals i.e. the Director of the WSP or Commander in Chief of the Washington State National Guard. To the King County Sheriff for example if we were talking about King County specifically, which we will eventually, but right now we are at the State level. So, we break for a commercial while the Generals converse with their Legal Advisers in private. Back from commercials, we can script it a variety of ways, but the idea is to provide the A.G., all relevant Prosecutors possible and Legal Defense Team opportunity to review the allegations/charges too. We are not indicting the "NAME" of the Politician but the number like one would indict a John or Jane "Doe". The Armies of Accountants may have an idea of who the Political Pigs are based on the patterns of numbers they were dissecting, but no one knows for sure and I have no idea of what file numbers the Armies of Accountants chose to recommend for Indictment. It's time for a commercial break.
Back from another commercial break, The PEOPLE want to know as bad as everyone else, which Political Pig(s) is so gluttonous that their salaries, benies and PAC dollars weren't enough, they had to systematically abuse their trusted position to steal from The PEOPLE too. The PEOPLE have an ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO KNOW!!!!! So we spend another segment of the show allowing arguments for and against charges based on the evidence before a Tribunal including the A.G. and at least one Federal Judge. Rather the Tribunal chooses to issue the Search and Arrest Warrants requested by the Generals or not the results of the investigations of the Armies of Accountants, inclusive of the revelation of the TRUE IDENTITIES of every file number audited, will be posted publicly. If it seems that a particular member of the Tribunal may also be compromised because a money trail led to that Justice, then we'll cross that bridge when we come to it, if we come to it. And in all fairness to all concerned, we will naturally be watching for conflicts of interest hence the postings on-line so everyone can se if a particular Justice is making questionable, possibly prejudiciously protective in favor of a Political Pig.
Back for the last scene of that quarter's show, with law Enforcement in the ready Statewide, all assets getting ready to be frozen just like what commonly happens to other criminals, especially white-collar criminals, The Tribunal issues it's decisions on a file number by file number basis. After the Tribunal has completed itself, I personally thank everyone for their time as I publicly release the appropriate name with the appropriate number. law Enforcement is on it that moment.
BTW - it will be mandated that ALL State Lawmakers be in the studio audience at all times and that studio will likely be in a Prison.
3). ELIMINATING ALL RETIREMENT PACKAGES FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS:
With the exception of Judges and Sheriffs once again as I do understand that their profession is a "Career Position" so long as their Constituents don't vote them out, ALL ELECTED STATE LAWMAKERS including ALL STATE REPRESENTATIVES, SENATORS,COMMITTEE MEMBERS, ETC... SHALL KISS THEIR RETIREMENT PACKAGES GOOD-BYE WITHIN DAYS AFTER I AM ELECTED GOVERNOR. ADDITIONALLY, ALL WAGES FOR ALL OFFICIALS ELECTED TO STATE OFFICE AS DESCRIBED ABOVE SHALL HAVE THEIR WAGES IMMEDIATELY REDUCED TO MINIMUM WAGE UNTIL THE STATE OF WASHINGTON'S BUDGET IS BACK IN THE BALCK. If they don't like it then they can resign. I'd say "retire" but there is no "retirement" any more. Perks like gas allowances shall also be frozen for 1-year, minimum, so that the Armies of Accountants may dissect ways and means to save money for Our State then make their recommendations. At that point I will be following the advice of many as my conscience leads me.
4). SPECIAL ELECTIONS:
Because "Participation" in each ACT of TAP is voluntary, each County Elections Department shall be required to send out ballots to Registered Voters within their jurisdiction asking them point blank: Do you want The MoM in your city/county/town?Do you want the PoP in your city/county/town? Naturally with the understanding if they vote NO then they won't enjoy the opportunity to earn then spend the revenues they voted against.
5). PRISONS TRANSFORMED, SENIOR CITIZENS & AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE:
All in one, can you believe it? As you may learn by going to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1eYKskLm6c we need a healthy, safe, well controlled super secure place to grow massive amounts of marijuana to satisfy the demands of the Washington State Consumers. There is no better place than Prison. And since we are there we might as well grow other medicine too. Most medications are based on one plant or another, pain killers often come from poppies and heart patients have been known to take digitalis as well as belladonna. Both plants. And there are hundreds if not thousands of examples for which I would defer to the Pharmacists & Department of Health.
I'm not talking about stepping on patents but am talking about growing the necessary plants to manufacture generic drugs, then actually manufacture said generics and get them to our citizens as prescribed by their Physician at a small fraction of the costs they are currently paying. We can talk about researching new drugs/molecules later.
As to the Prisons and management thereof. Currently the Offenders cannot smoke so to control them they use drugs like Oxycotin. A Very expensive alternative hence so much for the idea that forcing the prison population to quit smoking reduces Health Care costs. In fact it increases Health Care costs when you consider how much Oxycotin costs, the cost to administer it is, much less the decrease in safety to the population and Corrections Officers who have to manage them. When smoking was allowed in prison it was not only a form of revenues for the prison, it worked as a very cost-effective control mechanism for the Corrections Officers. Something the Legislators have stripped from them while increasing their costs by forcing them to use medical means to replace that exact control mechanism.
Once I'm Washington State Governor in 2012, we will restore cigarette smoking to the prisons AND jails Statewide, IMMEDIATELY. This will work to IMMEDIATELY return the revenues therefrom to the institutions while working as a peace maintenance mechanism. Additionally, within 90-days I will have enjoyed a series of powwows with the Superintendents and Secretary Vail, the Department of Health and others including Federal agencies to get the proverbial balls rolling, not ASAP, STAT - NOW!!!!
We are going to start with marijuana and poppies but, following the advice of those who really know including representatives from Public Medical Facilities who know better than anyone what drugs they need the most, we are going to start growing medicinal plants right there in prison.
A HUGE BENEFIT is a likened to Dorothy running through the opium fields in the Wizard of OZ. The closer an Offender literally lives next to pot plants and poppies the more docile they are going to be hence the easier to control they are going to be. I can't speak for opium poppies but anyone who has ever watched a season of COPS knows pot reeks. We could easily pump the very scent through segregated air ducts. And the effects of which the Registry of Active Researchers ("ROAR") could research. Violence hence potential cause of harm to the corrections Officers and Offenders shall be greatly reduced as the Offenders compete to be known as well mannered enough to live in such a segregated unit.
Awe, and the Hospitals, clinics, convalescent centers, etc... who are engaged in charging for medications that we happen to manufacture will become our customers as we under-cut the competition. All resulting in a major savings to all consumers while bringing in more money than ever for Washington State hence a greater value for Washingtonians.
6). CERTIFICATION:
This is going to be a tremendous but not impossible task. I am going to ask the WSP , Washington National Guard, Washington State Department of Health, United States Department of Health and Homeland Security for input before I commit to exactly how we are going to put it all together. Basically, picture lines of people around the blocks regardless of weather, everyone waiting their turn to invest in their own customized version of The Basic Electronic Transfer Service ("BETS") Card. The BETS Card comes complete with a BETS Card Holder Act a.k.a. "BETS CHA". I felt it a fun acronym.
Depending on what BETS one subscribes to, their BETS Card may be used to purchase and/or grow marijuana, be a customer and/or service provider of prostitution, even used for commerce like a Debit Card. Overtime the idea is to convert the BETS Card into a full level credit card with a FIXED RATE of 10%. In this way The PEOPLE will have a FAIR ALTERNATIVE to the current credit card providers. It will not happen overnight but will happen within my first administration. Oh yes, if I got as far as Washington State Governor you can bet I am going to finish the jobs I was hired by The PEOPLE to do. That, to me, means seeing things through.
And, no, there will NOT be a third administration as I will impose Term Limits for ALL Offices. NO MORE PROFESSIONAL POLITICIANS!!!!
So, each Adult that chooses to do so may endure a rigorous process of finally getting "Certified", getting their "Card", which will include a complete physical. For marijuana consumers this also means a chest X-Ray, for those engaged in prostitution this means a complete physical in search of any and all contagious diseases. All will know they shall be check no less than once a year for the remainder of their lives as part of one long-term research project or another that future generations may benefit from.
7). PUBLIC ACCESS:
Well, those involved in Traffic Safety including Potential as well as Actual Employers shall maintain the absolute right to access specific records to determine if a driver is a Certified User of Pot ("CUP") for example. And if there is an auto or other accident the responding Emergency personnel shall have immediate access to a BETS Card Holder Medical Records through their BETS Card and a special access code to be developed by Law Enforcement in conjunction with Fire/1st Responders/EMTS & the Washington State Department of Health if not already developed. Yes, it's a BIO IDENTIFICATION CARD and what amounts to a BANK CARD all in one. Better in your pocket than attached to your forehead or left hand, something I am trying to abate here, don't you think?
Once the Investment Funds are reasonably recouped by the State, no later than one year to the day after I am elected Washington State Governor in 2012, the first Facilities Licensed In Prostitution Services ("FLIPS") as well as the first Basic Urban Distribution Shops ("BUDS") shall open for business so that the money may start flowing "IN" for a change.
8). NEW JOBS/CAREERS:
We will bank the revenues for one full year while accepting applications via the new offices of PATRIOTIC ADULT LABOR SERVICES ("PALS"), an Employment entity that will coordinate labor for a variety of Mega Projects. Meanwhile, most of the money was allocated in advance as you may have seen throughout The MOMA so that money shall be released immediately as it comes in per the computer programs we are going to create to make all of the revenue distributions seemingly instantaneous. This will mean meeting with every city, county and town as well as every government entity thereinto as to assure each deposit goes directly to them, not to another level of government in hopes that it will trickle down.
What this means is that entities like a specific school will be assured to score regular deposits instead of the school district. Now the schools won't have to pray nearly as much that the Districts are going to allocate money to them, and the Teachers won't have to dig into their pockets nearly as much to afford a financially disadvantage child some basic school supplies. It also means that folks like Transportation, Public Works, Fire/1st Responders/EMTs, and law Enforcement won't be looking at what parts of their budgets or which personnel to cut, but looking for new employees instead. Think about that!!!!! So the New Jobs/Careers start almost immediately after the 1st FLIPS and 1st BUDS open up. The money goes out within nanoseconds of it coming in. That is Trickle-Up Economics my friends!!!!!
Within 18-months of being elected Washington State Governor we will have begun to create an estimated 280,000+ NEW WASHINGTON STATE JOBS/CAREERS, and I am SANDBAGGING!!!!!
9). The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT:
President Obama has said that the Federal Government is not going to action against those who do not violate State Laws. I'd like to believe h is going to keep his word on that. Meanwhile, I look forward to cooperating with the Federal Government, especially Law Enforcement at all levels, as we work as a TEAM to CLEAN HOUSE.
Many of the Laws that Political Pigs violate may very well cross Federal Lines too and if they do I want to assure that every Political Pig gets every thing they deserve. Meanwhile there is the potential issue of SMUGGLING MARIJUANA. Beyond the TAP Mandates which limit CHUGS to a small number of plants per room and the fact that we, as a Government, will be growing under the super tight security of the Prison Environment, we know there is always going to be some idiot that is going to push their luck, we count on it. TAP was originally designed to be a Global package with America in the lead where we should be so there are a lot of allocations of both MoM and PoP revenues hard targeted for the Federal level. So we shall go ahead and pay out those allocations as intended as we work to become the Global Prototype for the Programs. This will have many long-term advantages.
Basically, we need all of the help we can get and we have many Federal Agencies right here in Washington State that could use a bit of help themselves. We have mutual interests like getting Juvenile Prostitutes off of the streets, putting the Pedophiles and Pimps out of business, getting much better control of the Illegal Drug Markets, and the list goes on. Once we are able to effectively demonstrate how well we as a State of collective citizens have done, economically, a significant decrease in crime, etc... we become the Global Prototype as other States and even Nations follow suit. Then, once the Federal Government decides it is going to step in to seize control, and you know they eventually will one way or another... well, thanks to working with instead of against the Federal Government on these issues and thanks to the Federal Government for respecting our sovereignty as a State, as Individuals, the transitions will be much smoother. And will leave us here in Washington State in the unique position of being the Global Leaders of it all hence the Global Offices would be justified as being created right here in Washington State instead of Washington, D.C. for example.
So, here in Washington State we'd enjoy creating then holding dear The Global Office of The Ministry of Marijuana ("The GO MoM"), The Global Office of The Patriots of Pleasures ("The GO PoP"), the Global Office for being Tough on Teenage Screwballs ("The GO TOTS"), the Global Office for Patriotic Adult Labor Services ("The GO PALS"), The Main Administration for the Gifts of GOD'S ("The MAGOG"), and something consistent with the aspirations of Washington State's Medical Community, The Global Office of The Registry of Active Researchers ("The GO ROAR"). All representing even more New Washingtonian Jobs/Careers not included in the 280,000+ I GUARANTEE by the end of my First 4-Years.
10). PROGRESSIVE GOVERNMENT:
Washington State's current situation is we have a government directly against the very intent of our Founding Fathers, we are currently ruled by TYRANNY! What I am proposing I have been proposing for years at this point but our current government, by actions and words, is not interested. The current Lawmakers have run up or State & National debts to record levels so high most wonder how can we ever save ourselves from our Lawmakers' Tax & Spend insects? Well, VOTE THEM OUT IS A GREAT START. But do so while voting in someone with REAL PLANS that are achievable because they are reasonable. And Friends, I AM THE MAN WITH REAL PLANS.
Like I noted at the beginning of this section, as Governor I would Declare a State of Emergency then hard target Political Pigs in particular. I will not continue to allow our precious State of Washington be financially and otherwise destroyed while some self-important sacred cows sit around on their duffs surfing their computers with their hands on their crotches. I'm taking off the kiddie gloves, bringing in all levels of Law Enforcement, Auditing, further Investigating, Arresting & Indicting Political Pigs as quick as I am cutting off their truly undeserved retirement packages and other benies. Are they your Servants or you their's? They were NOT elected to reduce you in every way they can come up with just they can schmooze the rest f their lives in luxury. Elect me as Washington State Governor in 2012 & the Party for the political Parties will be OVER here in Washington State while The PARTIES by The PEOPLE for The PEOPLE will once again run true.
